2021 International Conference on Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Automation (CIMIA 2021) has been held in Guilin, China from 26th to 28th March 2021. About 20 participants attended the conference, made presentations and exchanged ideas. Seven keynote speakers delivered speeches to share their up-to-date research in intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation. Due to the restriction policy, five keynote speakers delivered speeches online, and two keynote speaker made their speeches onsite.

Prof. Weiming Shen was delivering his report titled Application of Agents in Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Automation.	Prof. Ruqiang Yan was delivering his report titled Artificial Intelligence Enabled Diagnosis and Prognosis in Manufacturing.

All accepted papers were combined to CIMIA 2021, and successfully published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus
